The Future Food Circle is an event-series hosted by the Future Food Institute and the Smart Kitchen Summit, Japan. For this session we were invited to speak about the Indian food system and what innovation means in India.
We shared about the signals we were seeing in the Indian food system and what it could mean to design for a very diverse 1.3 billion people. We spoke about some of our favourite innovations, and some heartwarming examples of innovations that sprung up from necessity in India during COVID-19.
