Feast of Wild Greens
This hands-on cooking class with Dr Maryanne Lobo brought foraging skills into the kitchen. Participants explored the culinary potential of local weeds, using wild greens foraged from the heart of Panjim.
Dr Lobo guided the group through simple, flavourful recipes, sharing tips, techniques, and nutritional insights on transforming these often-overlooked greens into vibrant, delicious dishes. The session offered a fresh perspective on edible biodiversity and everyday cooking.
