Nectar is an immersive, interactive workshop-performance that brings the role of bees and pollinators to the centre of our climate conversations. Through a live edible tablescape and performative storytelling, participants are invited to witness the creation of an artwork they can eventually eat. Led by Jashan Sippy, founder of Sugar and Space, the experience highlights the delicate relationship between pollination and the future of our food. As the tablescape comes alive, participants ‘pollinate’ their plates — reaching across to customise their own mouthfuls and reflecting on the interconnections within our ecosystems.
