A culinary visionary and food security activist, Chef Radhika Khandelwal champions sustainability through her work. As the owner of Radish Hospitality, which operates Fig & Maple, she has been a force in bringing innovation to Indian cuisine since 2013. Radhika is passionate about sustainable gastronomy and food security, leveraging her platform to inspire global conversations. 

Rahul Sharma, Ex-Masque, Current Group Head Chef at ARAKU COFFEE 

Chef Rahul Sharma, known for his work at ARAKU Coffee, emphasizes culinary sustainability through regenerative food practices. His journey, which includes participation in the prestigious MAD Symposium and an internship at Noma, Copenhagen, is reflected in his ever-evolving menu at Araku Cafe, blending innovation with environmental consciousness. 

Aarohi Saanghvi, Founder of MÄKI Patisserie

Aarohi Saanghvi’s MÄKI Patisserie is an ingredient-forward bakery that focuses on artisanal creations. With a foundation in French pastry techniques, Aarohi’s approach is fluid, using texture and flavor to create memorable food experiences. Her passion for bread and baked goods is central to her culinary identity. 

Mansi Jasani, Founder of The Cheese Collective 

Mansi is a leading figure in India’s cheese scene. After starting her journey at Murray’s Cheese in New York, Mansi has become India’s first-ever judge and Super Jury member at the World Cheese Awards in Spain, Wales, and Norway. She is also the first Indian to be inducted into the prestigious Guilde des Fromagers. Mansi’s passion lies in sharing the stories behind cheese and discovering innovative pairings​
