This hands-on workshop explored the untapped potential of used coffee grounds. Participants were invited to reimagine what’s often discarded as waste, learning creative and practical ways to transform old coffee grounds into valuable everyday products. From natural scrubs to compost enrichers, the session was a playful, accessible step towards more sustainable kitchen practices — championing the idea that small, local actions can contribute meaningfully to larger food system shifts.
