Edible Issues was part of the founding ideation and development team behind Enthucutlet, a dynamic digital magazine exploring contemporary food stories from India and beyond.

Launched in 2022 by Hunger Inc. Hospitality (the team behind The Bombay Canteen and O Pedro), Enthucutlet was designed to be a space for unfiltered, experimental, and unconventional food conversations — spotlighting voices and ideas that don’t always find a platform in mainstream food media.

What We Did:

  • Collaborated in early platform ideation, content visioning, and editorial direction.

  • Helped shape the magazine’s ethos of curiosity, cultural relevance, and narrative playfulness.

  • Contributed to initial content mapping and network building within India’s diverse food systems, cultural collectives, and culinary thinkers.
