In collaboration with Hunger Inc. Hospitality
Edible Issues was part of the founding ideation and development team behind Enthucutlet, a dynamic digital magazine exploring contemporary food stories from India and beyond.
Launched in 2022 by Hunger Inc. Hospitality (the team behind The Bombay Canteen and O Pedro), Enthucutlet was designed to be a space for unfiltered, experimental, and unconventional food conversations — spotlighting voices and ideas that don’t always find a platform in mainstream food media.
What We Did:
Collaborated in early platform ideation, content visioning, and editorial direction.
Helped shape the magazine’s ethos of curiosity, cultural relevance, and narrative playfulness.
Contributed to initial content mapping and network building within India’s diverse food systems, cultural collectives, and culinary thinkers.
